This powerful ancient breathing meditation is deeply healing, helping us to take on challenges, purify our mind of all negativity, and develop the fearless open heart of a Bodhisattva on the path to enlightenment. It can be practiced throughout the day, allowing us to use each and every moment to bring great meaning to our life no matter how little time we have for formal, seated practice! Join us for this special workshop where we will learn the technique of Taking & Giving meditation and see how we can use it in countless different situations to creatively and skillfully face any difficulty.
