In the weeklong retreat that follows our "Walking the Joyful Path" Workshop, you can gain an inner experience of each of the 21 Lamrim meditations. Lamrim means “stages of the path to enlightenment,” and is one of the most precious treasures of Kadampa Buddhism. Developing an understanding of these meditations will solve our daily problems and bring deep change at the level of our heart. Ultimately they will give rise to a complete transformation of our mind through the power of wisdom and compassion.

Come for as many retreat sessions as you would like. This retreat is perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to develop or reinvigorate their Lamrim practice. Each session lasts approximately an hour, and includes teaching and guided meditation.

…there is not a single teaching of Buddha that is not included within Kadam Lamrim. For this reason, Je Tsongkhapa said that when we listen to the entire Lamrim we are listening to all Buddha’s teachings and when we practice the entire Lamrim we are practicing all Buddha’s teachings. - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso (Modern Buddhism)
