Anger is one of the most destructive emotions we can experience, and its many forms disturb our mind almost every day. From little irritations to vast, boiling rage, this painful mind destroys our inner peace, robs us of our joy, and impels us to engage in negative actions. But with a bit of experience both in and out of meditation, we can cool the heat of anger, gradually healing our heart and subduing this harmful delusion. In this workshop we will learn practical methods for our daily life to reduce our anger and finally prevent it from arising at all.
