A personal meditation practice brings a sense of balance, peace and clarity to life, something we could all use more than ever in our busy modern world. But if you're new to meditation, you may feel unsure about how and where to begin. Join us for this introductory workshop, in which we will explore questions like: What do we focus on during meditation? How long should a session be? What are some techniques to help overcome distractions? In addition, we will examine why we meditate. Understanding this helps to develop joyful energy for your practice, which in turn leads to deeper happiness and harmony in all aspects of your life. There will be plenty of time for questions and, of course, meditation!
