Kelsang Lamden

Kelsang Lamden has been a student of Kadam Dharma for many years, and has a very sincere wish to help bring Kadampa Buddhism to the Chicago area. She is the Administrative Director, and studies in the Foundation Program. Kelsang Lamden leads Lunchtime Meditations on Tuesdays, and occasionally teaches some of the Prayers for World Peace sessions.

Chris Link

Chris's warmth and sincerity make his teachings very accessible. Chris recently moved to Joliet, and will begin teaching a new branch class there soon.  He is an enthusiastic Foundation Program student, and a skilled photographer. His work can be seen in this website, in the Kadampa Gallery, and displayed around the Center.

Julie Moravec

Currently a Foundation Program student, Julie has a warm, welcoming personality and has had lots of experience leading meditation classes, retreats and GP classes.  Julie's teachings are clear and concise, presented in an engaging way that everyone can relate to.  Julie currently teaches in Beverly.

Rafael Valadez

Rafael has been a resident of Oak Park for many years, and has studied Buddhism with unwavering faith and devotion. Our beautiful garden, as well as much of the attractive woodwork around the Center, are due to Rafael's talents.  A member of the Teacher Training Program class, he has taught weekly branch classes as well as one-day classes on Saturdays.
