All of our classes include guided meditation, teaching, and the chance to ask questions. Topics for each class change monthly. Everyone welcome!

Most of the classes below are Drop-In Classes: open for everyone to attend any time, with no advance arrangements. Exceptions are clearly noted.

Sundays

Meditation for Kids & Families - Oak Park, 10am - 10:45am (September to June, with occasional breaks)
This drop-in class includes a short meditation, teaching, and fun activity.

Sunday Morning Meditation Class in Oak Park - 11am - 12:30pm
This drop-in class includes guided meditation, teaching, and time for discussion.

Sunday Morning Meditation Class in Wicker Park - 11am - 12pm
This drop-in class includes guided meditation, teaching, and time for questions.

Foundation Program - Oak Park, 4pm - 8pm
This in-depth study and meditation class is NOT a Drop-In Class. Pre-registration is required. Please contact us if you're interested.

Mondays

Monday Evening Meditation Class - Wicker Park, 6:30pm - 7pm
This drop-in class includes brief guided meditations and teaching.

Tuesdays

In-Depth Study and Meditation Class - Wicker Park, 7pm - 9pm
This drop-in class includes guided meditation, in-depth teaching, and time for discussion.

Wednesdays

Wednesday Evening Meditation Class - Wicker Park, 7pm - 8:30pm
This drop-in class includes guided meditation, teaching, and time for discussion.

Thursdays

Thursday Morning Meditation Class - Wicker Park, 11am - 12pm

Thursday Evening Meditation Class - Oak Park, 7pm - 8:30pm
This drop-in class includes guided meditation, teaching, and time for questions.

Fridays

Friday Morning Meditation Class - Oak Park, 10am - 11am

Saturdays

Day Courses & Special Events - Oak Park and Wicker Park, dates and times vary
The longer format of the day courses allows you to go deeper with a particular meditation or topic. Special events include social gatherings or special guest teachers. Open to everyone. Advance registration for day courses and special events is usually requested, and can be done online or in person.
