Make a Break from the Everyday!
The month of January is traditionally retreat month in Kadampa Buddhism. While it's wonderful to be able to go away for retreat, not everyone is able to do that. Those of us who aren't able to get away physically can still use the opportunity to refresh our minds through focused meditation closer to home.
In order to give everyone the chance to try a meditation retreat in January (and February, too), we've scheduled a number of retreats here in Chicago that last just a few hours. With different retreats for practitioners at different levels of experience, you'll be able to find one that's right for you!
