Green Tara Empowerment

Green Tara is the female Buddha of compassion. She is renowned as a swift rescuer and protector of living beings. Tara protects us from all internal and external dangers, and she provides us with all the necessary conditions for our spiritual training. 
Green Tara has a close connection with Venerable Atisha, the founder of Kadam Lamrim – the stages of the path to enlightenment. She promised that if we sincerely practice Kadam Lamrim we will receive her special care, protection and blessings throughout this life, and in life after life. This empowerment giives us the opportunity to draw close to Mother Tara so we can come under her loving care.
