In the Community
Buddhist meditation practice is incredibly helpful in reducing problems such as anger, depression, anxiety, and other mental difficulties that trouble our society so much these days. We offer classes and workshops directly addressing these issues, but, as well, all our meditations cause a reduction of these problems if sincerely and correctly practiced.
This is our great community offering, our outreach work, our way of helping. If people learn how to meditate, they can solve all these problems in their lives permanently.
Buddhist meditation also develops our kindness and other good qualities, particularly our peace of mind and clarity. In so many ways, the meditations we teach give people the ability to rid themselves of mental difficulties and increase their ability to deal with even very challenging situations productively and with a happy mind.
