Lunchtime Meditation

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and we will experience true happiness and relaxation. These classes provide an opportunity to learn how to meditate and how to use our experience of meditation to positively affect all aspects of our daily life. $6
