These 30-minute classes teach and practice essential meditations you can also do on your own. Develop the ability to remain calm and peaceful. Address inner problems of stress, anger, anxiety, and more, so you can live a happier life!

Suitable for complete beginners and anyone who enjoys group guided meditation. Everyone is welcome!
