Suitable for everyone, these classes presented in Spanish focus on how to meditate and use Buddhist understanding to solve everyday problems. Learn how to find the happy life you long for, by improving your mind through meditation. Gain practical advice on how to develop positive, peaceful states that lead to peace of mind and real happiness.

These drop-in classes are designed both as a series and as stand-alone talks. Come any week, or every week. Each class includes teaching and guided meditation. No experience needed, and no need to pre-register.
