This series will emphasize meditations that overcome limited beliefs and develop a healthy mental perspective leading to authentic mental peace and lasting happiness. Retrain your mind at a deep level so you can experience greater purpose and meaning in daily activities, no matter how difficult life may be.

Each class includes guided meditations, practical instruction, and time for questions. Everyone welcome.
