Stop Worrying, Start Living, Oct 6, 2018Discover how to unlearn the bad mental habit of worrying and become calmer and happier. Problems, worry, anxiety, and unhappiness are no more than negative thinking; they are feelings and do not exist outside the mind. Through training in meditation and mindfulness, we learn to control our thoughts and let go of negative, self-defeating minds.
