SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23
IN OAK PARK
This in-depth retreat focuses on traditional Kadampa Buddhist meditations that purify the negative karma within our mind -- which is the main cause of all our internal and external suffering. By gradually eliminating this negativity, our mind and life will naturally become more pure and positive; ultimately these meditations lead us to the ultimate bliss and happiness of enlightenment.
While anyone is welcome to attend this retreat, it will be assumed that students already possess some basic understanding and experience of Kadampa Buddhist principles, prayers, and meditation.
