Learn the fundamentals of Buddhist view and how they apply to meditation, ie training the mind. Applying these methods in your everyday life will lead to happiness and a sense of purpose and harmony in your relationships.

We will cover the basics of meditation, from why we would want to meditate to the "technical" matters of how to do it. The workshop will include some guided meditations and provide plenty of time for questions.
