This workshop will focus on the practical aspects of how to start meditating regularly at home: How do we set up our meditation space? How long and when do we meditate? What should we focus on? What are some techniques to help us overcome distractions? We'll practice some meditations and give lots of time for questions.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience.
