SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19
IN SOUTH BEND
Vajrasattva, an embodiment of the purity of all Buddhas
Optional in-depth addition to the morning workshop.

"Karma" means action, and within the Buddhist meditation tradition, it is understood that all our outer problems, our negative emotions, and behavior are due to negative karmic potentials in our mind; through systematic meditation we can remove negative karma from our mind and stop our inner and outer problems permanently. Eventually this practice can lead us to the sublime freedom of spiritual liberation and the ultimate happiness of enlightenment.

In this guided session, we will be introduced to and practice and the beautiful, powerful purification practice of Buddha Vajrasattva (the Buddha of Purification), which we can then repeat at home whenever we wish. This guided session begins with a brief explanation followed by a guided meditation.

No previous experience is required; everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief.
