7:00pm - 8:15pm

We naturally seek love throughout our life. It is the source of our greatest joy, and is the best way to solve our problems. But to reap these benefits, it is essential that we learn to distinguish between love and attachment. While love brings only good results, attachment brings only problems such as craving, jealousy, dependence, and conflict. In this free talk we will explore Buddha's simple and practical methods to avoid attachment, and develop a pure and lasting love for everyone we meet.

This free talk will included guided meditation and teachings on Buddhist philosophy.
