Our mind has tremendous power both to heal and to harm. Often we are hard on ourselves in a way that gives rise to discouragement, hopelessness, and feelings of inadequacy. However, through skillful analysis and meditation, we can gradually learn to identify these unhelpful thought patterns. In this way, we will feel empowered to accept our shortcomings and become the confident, happy person we wish to be.
This workshop will include teachings, guided mediations, and time for questions. Everyone welcome!
