OCTOBER 18-20
IN OAK PARK

Spiritual refuge in Buddhism means finding inner protection from our problems and fear. We do this by transforming our mind from negative to positive through meditation. In this retreat we have a perfect opportunity to discover and deepen our experience of refuge by connecting with Buddha’s blessings and receiving the encouragement of spiritual friends. Then we can quickly and easily make progress on the Buddhist path to liberation and enlightenment.

Aside from the Friday introduction, this retreat is unguided. This in-depth self-guided retreat is intended for students with previous experience, however all students are welcome to drop in for one or more sessions.
