Mantra means "mind protection." It is a special type of meditation used for centuries to calm and focus the mind, develop mental peace and joy, and unlock our untapped spiritual potential for greater love, patience, compassion, and wisdom. During this workshop, a few traditional Buddhist mantra meditations will be explained and practiced, with emphasis on practical application in daily life. No previous experience is necessary.
