Drop-In Meditation Classes
These classes are the heart of what we do.
The schedule repeats weekly. Feel free to drop in to any class that fits your schedule, whenever it works for you.

All include guided meditation and practical instruction. Longer classes (60 minutes +) also include interactive Q&A via livestream chat, and informal, after-class video chats.

When it's safe, we'll return to holding in-person classes in Oak Park, Wicker Park, South Bend (IN), and Ann Arbor (MI).
