Learn and practice meditations that give inspiration and deeper purpose to everyday life. Each class features a different meditation, and includes practical instruction, guided meditation time, and time for questions. No previous experience necessary; everyone is welcome!

Create Your Own Happiness
In November, the weekly class in Michiana will explore the topic: "Create Your Own Happiness."
Meditation provides a reliable and powerful method to create our own happiness, regardless of whether our life is easy or challenging. In this series we will explore a variety of meditations you can practice anytime to induce greater peace and happiness. Eventually these meditations naturally lead us to the highest happiness possible: actual enlightenment.
No previous experience is necessary; each class includes instruction, guided meditation, and the opportunity to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.
These classes will refer to the following book(s). It's not necessary to have your own copy, but some people like follow along or read more after the class.
