This weekly class explores a sequence of practical and profound meditations called Lamrim ("Stages of the Path") which are the very essence of Kadampa Buddhism. These meditations act as supreme medicine that heals the stresses, negativities, and confusion within us, and finally leads us naturally to a state of ultimate, lasting happiness.
Focusing on one meditation at a time from the Lamrim sequence, each class includes practical instruction, guided meditation, and the opportunity to ask questions. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome!
This class is held in person, and is also available by livestream for monthly members.
