In each class, Buddhist monk Gen Zamling will provide practical instruction and guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
Come learn practical, step-by-step methods to free your mind gradually from the inner pains of fear, frustration and craving, and develop your own power to become a truly happy person! By training in meditation and learning to apply modern Buddhist wisdom in your daily life, you can connect to your own inner peace and find the happiness that you long for. By becoming such a truly happy person yourself, you can then profoundly help others.

Everyone is invited! Based upon our monthly Buddhist meditation classes, this is a great way to enjoy a meaningful evening with like-minded people and receive support in your meditation practice. We start with a short, guided meditation, followed by time to hang out, eat, and discuss an important Buddhist topic. Newcomers are especially welcome!
