For a lot of us, the holiday season means more on our plates, literally and figuratively. We will explore how we can maintain a calm and joyful mind despite the demands on our time and attention, and thereby deepen our sense of our own meaning and purpose.
Each class will include guided meditation, practical instruction, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
This class is held in person, and is also available by livestream for monthly members.

Why is it so hard to change? What light can Buddha’s wisdom shed on how we might actually bring about the transformation we long for?
Everyone is welcome - whether you’re brand new to meditation or an experienced practitioner. Each class includes clear and practical guidance based upon the book, two guided meditations, plus an opportunity to ask questions.
