• Clear & Joyful Meditation: Silent Retreat in Wicker Park

Our afternoon silent guided retreats are back by popular demand! This month, we will focus on methods to become more focused, confident, and joyful in meditation, so that it naturally becomes the best part of our day. Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, each session will include practical instruction and guided meditation. We will observe silence during our brief breaks to enhance our meditative experience. Join us at the end for an informal Q&A and light refreshments.  Led by our Resident Teacher, Gen Zamling. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome.
