• Guru Yoga Mandala Retreat

In this very special self-guided retreat, we have the opportunity to engage in the traditional practices of making mandala offerings using a traditional mandala kit, and making special requests to our Spiritual Guide. These two practices accumulate a vast collection of good fortune, purify our negative karma, and bestow powerful inspiration, which together make it very easy to transform our mind into all the stages of the path to Enlightenment.

This is an in-depth, self-guided retreat, however all levels of students are invited to attend -- from beginners to advanced practitioners. It is essential to attend the Friday evening introduction session to learn how to engage in the retreat sessions on Saturday.  

Please note: We will be using traditional mandala kits for this retreat, so everyone is strongly encouraged to bring their own. We will spend some time during the Friday introduction learning the proper method to make a mandala using our kits.

This retreat will be based upon the book Great Treasury of Merit, and will use the traditional prayers and meditations found in the following booklet: Offering to the Spiritual Guide.
