Although we want to be happy all the time, our happiness is short-lived.  And although we want to be free from problems, they happen to us constantly against our will.  In this workshop we will explore and gain conviction in the law of karma, Buddha's wisdom that unlocks the true cause of happiness and freedom from all pain and suffering.

Join us for inspiring advice and guided meditations you can practice at home to gradually change your life from negative to positive -- simply by changing your mental perspective. Absolutely everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief. No previous experience is necessary.
