The teachings and guided meditations will be on the wisdom of emptiness. Emptiness is not nothingness, but rather the real nature of things. By gaining experience of emptiness you can gradually let go of negative emotions and mental habits, and develop a joyful, balanced and flexible mind. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
