Buddhist wisdom and faith are interdependent, not mutually exclusive: as your wisdom insight increases, your confidence and faith will grow, and your spiritual progress will become joyful, easy and swift. This is the experience of generations of authentic Buddhist practitioners.
This day course explains how you can increase your wisdom and faith by relying upon the traditional prayers and meditations of Kadampa Buddhism, known as “Heart Jewel,” which were first taught by the Buddhist Master, Je Tsongkhapa, in the 14th century. Includes practical teachings, guided meditations, and time for questions.
After lunch is an optional, guided session of meditations according to the traditional “Heart Jewel” practice. Everyone welcome.
