A new city space will enable us to grow as a community and reach more of the people of Chicago and the surrounding area, giving them the opportunity to find Kadam Dharma and the happiness we all long for.

February 3, 2026:

Lynn Sorrentino, Administrative Director for KMC Chicago, announced that with the financial support of the International Temples Project, we made an offer on a new building in the North Center neighborhood at 2014 W. Belle Plaine Avenue, which would become the new home for Kadampa Meditation Center Chicago.
​
Prominently located between Damen Ave and Lincoln Ave, this beautiful building is easily accessible by public transportation and nestled among the Irving Park, Ravenswood, Roscoe Village, and Lakeview neighborhoods.
