In May, the Friday morning class in Oak Park is exploring the topic, "The Magical Practice of Taking & Giving."

Taking and Giving is a powerful meditation for bringing love, compassion and wisdom quickly and directly into our lives. Imagine becoming the kind of person who can solve all their own problems of anger, jealousy, attachment, and other negative minds. Someone who has a special method for dealing with their own sickness. Someone who has stable happiness and whose kind heart is a source of inspiration and benefit to others. In this series, you'll learn how to become that person through the transformative practice of Taking and Giving, combining simple breathing meditation with special visualizations.

Everyone is welcome -- whether you’re brand new to meditation or an experienced practitioner. Each class includes clear and practical instructions, two guided meditations, plus an opportunity to ask questions.

Strengthen Your Joy, Peace, and Wisdom

Coming in June:

Strengthen Your Joy, Peace, and Wisdom

In June, the Friday morning class in Oak Park will explore the topic, "Strengthen Your Joy, Peace, and Wisdom."

Meditation offers us a wonderful opportunity for deep spiritual transformation -- to awaken our heart, experience profound peace, enhance our wisdom, and sustain inspiration, even in the most difficult circumstances. This series of meditations is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced students.

Each class will introduce the meditation for the week, and then we will practice the meditation together, skillfully guided by an experienced teacher. You are also welcome to stay after class to discuss and connect with like-minded students.
