Although frustration and anger feel perfectly natural, they steal our peace of mind and common sense, and force us to say and do things we often regret. Take control over your mind and learn about the cool, spacious mind of patience. With patience we can remain balanced, flexible and peaceful when things go wrong!
Each class includes practical instruction, guided meditation and time for questions. No previous experience is needed, and absolutely everyone is welcome.

Next topic, coming in November:
Building Healthy Relationships
Our relationships with others – whether between friends and family members, or among coworkers and strangers – has a huge influence on our life and well-being. When these relationships are challenging, we usually suffer. Learn how developing a strong mind of love can completely transform your experience of the world and everyone in it. By improving and increasing your love, you will be happier, your relationships will be more harmonious, and you'll be able to show up in a more beneficial way for the people in your life.
Each class in this series will include practical instruction and guided meditations you can practice in your daily life. No previous experience is needed; absolutely everyone is welcome.
