Life is wrought with disappointments, challenges and pain, and our natural reaction is often to get upset and resist. Join us for a deep dive into the cool, spacious mind of patience. You'll learn special methods and ways of thinking to help you remain balanced, flexible and peaceful when things go wrong!

This class will use the practical and informative text How to Solve our Human Problems, by renowned scholar and meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Each class is drop-in, so you are welcome to attend anytime. Each class includes guided meditation, practical instruction, chanted prayers, and time for questions. Absolutely everyone is invited.
