In March, the Thursday evening class explores the topic, "Meditations to Help Ourself & Others."

This month we focus on meditations that improve the quality of our mind, through developing greater mental peace, love, and compassion. These meditations also give our life purpose and direction, and they awaken our potential for spiritual enlightenment.

Each week we focus on a different meditation theme, and the class itself includes a practical teaching and guided meditation. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome.

  • Currently, this class is only available live. It's not recorded, and not available to view later.
