Learn and practice meditations that give inspiration and deeper purpose to everyday life. Each class features a different meditation, and includes practical instruction, guided meditation time, and time for questions via live chat. No previous experience necessary; everyone is welcome!

An inspired life is not beyond reach; in fact, authentic meditation just makes life better. This meditation series explores Buddha's Four Noble Truths: timeless, essential, and practical insights that naturally lead to lasting joy, wisdom, and peace -- especially in busy daily life.
Each class includes practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions. No previous experience necessary; everyone is welcome!
This month's classes will draw from the book(s) listed here. It's not necessary to have your own copy, but some people like follow along or read more after the class.
