In July, the Thursday evening class explores the topic, "Awaken Your Good Heart through Meditation."
Meditations on loving kindness, compassion, and wisdom naturally awaken us to greater happiness within, and help us connect to others in a meaningful way. Ultimately, these meditations help us progress along the path to spiritual awakening, or enlightenment.
No previous experience is necessary; each class includes instruction, guided meditation, and the opportunity to ask questions. Everyone is welcome

Peace In Every Breath
Although breathing meditation is a preliminary practice for other profound meditations, it is itself a very powerful meditation to enhance our inner peace. It makes our mind contented and stronger, especially when life is busy and stressful.
Experience the many benefits of this simple and effective meditation in this brief, two-part series. Each class will include practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions. No previous experience is needed -- everyone is invited to attend!
