Feeling tense and wound up? These meditations will help you relax and let go, and bring some calm and peace into your evening.


Each session includes a brief introduction, a guided meditation, and concludes with practical ideas about how to stay connected to a positive mind outside of meditation.  No previous experience is necessary--absolutely everyone is welcome.  

This class is held in person, and is also available by livestream for monthly members.
