All You Need is Love

Love is the most beautiful mind there is and the most powerful force in the universe. Love protects, heals, and purifies our mind of resentment, unhappiness, loneliness, and so much more! In this guided retreat, learn how to develop pure love in meditation so that it sustains you in your daily life with others.

Each session of retreat includes practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions.

No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!

TEACHER

Gen Kelsang Zamling is an ordained Buddhist monk and the principal meditation teacher of KMC Chicago. A student of Kadampa Buddhism since 1998, he has engaged in ongoing teacher training and many short and longer personal meditation retreats. He has taught meditation classes throughout the United Kingdom and the United States, and has led many short and longer group retreats. Gen Zamling's classes are well-loved, and his guidance is always very clear, supportive, and practical.
