• Breaking Bad Habits

One of the worst things about our compulsive bad habits is that they convince us that we can’t change. In this uplifting meditation workshop we will learn the underlying causes of bad habits, and gain confidence in our natural capacity to let them go gradually and effectively. Then we will experience the joy of freedom.
This event will include practical instruction, two guided meditations, and an optional Q&A session. Everyone is welcome to attend; no previous experience is necessary.

11:30am - 12:30pm - Teaching and Guided Meditation Session 2
