An opportunity for families to meet, relax, and enjoy a fun and meaningful day with a difference. The day will include meaningful discussions, guided meditations, and fun activities designed to help families develop skills to overcome negative emotions, like frustration and worry, and develop greater confidence, connection, and joy.
The day will also include a vegetarian lunch, with vegan and gluten-free options available upon request.
No previous experience is necessary, and all families are welcome, whether Buddhist or not.
