Everyone struggles with unwanted craving and desire, but there is hope! Whether you struggle with food, drugs, social media, relationships or any form of addictive behavior, this practical workshop is designed to help us gradually gain freedom from the pervasive and painful mental habits of craving, attachment, and addiction.
Each session will include practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for discussion. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
2:00 - 3:15pm: Meditation and Teaching
3:15 - 3:45pm: break
3:45 - 5:00pm: Meditation and Teaching
Informal Q&A with light refreshments will follow the retreat (optional)
