We meet weekly on Sunday afternoons, 12:30-2:30 pm (with breaks throughout the year); each Sunday session includes guided meditation, chanted prayers, teachings, and discussion. We are currently studying the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness, by acclaimed Buddhist master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
