• Let Go of Your Past: Silent Meditation Retreat

Most people carry around a burden of negative beliefs and difficult memories they would rather forget. Learn how to use meditation to let go of your painful past, develop insight and confidence, and move on in a healthy and constructive way.

During each session, Buddhist monk Gen Zamling will provide practical instruction and guide meditations you can practice at home following the retreat. You are welcome to ask any questions during the sessions.

We will encourage silence during the two brief breaks to promote greater mental peace and introspection. After the retreat we will offer light refreshments, and you are invited to stay to socialize and relax if you wish.

No previous experience needed -- perfect for both beginners and seasoned meditators; absolutely everyone is welcome to attend.
