• Letting Go of the Past
Time & Location
Register by 12pm on Sept 6, and stream any time through Sept 10.
Holding onto painful experiences can harm us in so many ways. It can damage our confidence and ability to respond in difficult situations. We can remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt. We can lose our ability to live life to the fullest.
But through training in meditation and wisdom we can learn to let go of the past. In this special class, guest teacher Gen Kelsang Demo will share methods for developing our wisdom recognizing the impermanent nature of things. Through this we can learn to free ourselves to move forward with a positive and beneficial outlook.
Everyone is welcome!
