Green Tara is a female Buddha whose name means “Rescuer." She is the embodiment of swift compassion. By relying upon her sincerely, she will protect, guide, and inspire us along our spiritual path.
Join us for a special, traditional 24-hour retreat of chanting beautiful Buddhist prayers and Tara mantra chanting. This is a powerful method of fulfilling our spiritual aims very quickly.
You are welcome to attend any or all sessions. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
Optional: it is customary (but not required) to bring an offering of fresh (vegetarian) food, candy, flowers, candles, or non-alcholic beverage.

It's not necessary to bring anything. Booklets with the words of the prayers will be available for use at the retreat.
