This course will explore wisdom in a way that's practical and effective -- meditations and mindfulness tools you can use right away -- that will make a signficant impact on your day-to-day life. No previous experience is necessary; everyone is absolutely welcome.  Each session will include a teaching, guided meditations, and time for questions.
