Relationships are challenging. Whether it's our partner, family members, or friends, although we love each other we aren't always happy together. This is because we don't understand the real nature of love and how to actually improve it with those we are closest to.

This special workshop -- live and also available for 72 hours after -- will include skillful tools and effective meditations you can practice at home and integrate immediately into your relationships. No previous experience is needed, and absolutely everyone is welcome!

Guest teacher Gen Kelsang Dornying is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher of modern Buddhism who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to modern life. He is the Resident Teacher for Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne. He has been teaching Kadam Dharma in Australia for over 16 years.
