Experience for yourself the healing power of meditation to overcome painful states of mind and enjoy a happy and meaningful life. Led by special guest teacher and Buddhist nun, Gen Norden, this morning retreat will provide ideal conditions to relax deeply and learn effective meditations you can later practice at home and integrate into your everyday life.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of experience, and absolutely everyone is welcome.
Gen Norden will also lead a special Sunday morning class on Nov 6 at our Oak Park location: The Beautiful Play of Emptiness.

TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Norden
The special guest teacher for this retreat is Gen Kelsang Norden, a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Georgia. With over 30 years of experience, her guidance is always very clear, supportive, and practical.
