Overcoming Attachment & Addiction: Meditation Workshop

Buddha described uncontrolled desire -- attachment -- as a mental poison because it is gives rise to endless problems and mental torment. Although we may already know this, why is it so difficult to break free from it?

This morning workshop will explore:

• What is the underlying cause of cravings, attachment, and addiction?

• How can I use meditation to reduce craving and experience pure pleasure instead?

• What methods can I practice in daily life to find lasting freedom from attachment?

Each session will include practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions or discussion. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
