Pathway to the Pure Land: Vajrayogini Retreat

This in-depth retreat is for those with Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments of Heruka and Vajrayogini (such as those conferred at the recent NKT Summer Festival), or those intending to receive these empowerments in the near future.

We will explore the practice of the 11 Yogas of Vajrayogini Generation Stage meditations and build the foundation for a regularly practice of Buddha Vajrayogini.

11:15 - 12:00pm: Guided Retreat Session 1

12:00 - 1:15pm: Lunch break

1:15 - 2:00pm: Guided Retreat Session 2

2:15 - 3:00pm: Guided Retreat Session 3
